Our Future Planning service provides practical and considered information and advice based on your individual circumstances so that you can remain in control of your current and future chapters - whether that's deciding to stay in your current home or making a move. It's designed to be empowering and practical. It involves meeting with you to understand your current situation, discuss your considerations and concerns and work through possible future scenarios. After carrying out further research on your behalf we provide you with a personalised report with information, advice and suggestions for you to consider in your own time.

Moving Manager
Our professional advisory service is available to clients and their families who are planning a move and would value empathetic, practical and expert support throughout the process.
Think of us like a professional extension of your family or 'The CEO of your move' as one client recently described us. You benefit from our professional expertise - having overseen thousands of property sales - combined with our unwavering focus to make sure your best interests - and your voice - are always front and centre and that, as can unfortunately be the case, you or your loved one are not taken advantage of throughout the process.
From choosing your estate agent, preparing and overseeing the marketing of your home, advising you on offers so that you can make informed decisions, helping with the legal work, securing your next home and managing the afersales process.
We understand that if you haven't sold a property for many years you may not know how the process works or what certain phrases mean. We take the time to talk everything through with you so that you are always informed and in control.
Our support service is tailor-made around your individual circumstances. We can take care of everything on your behalf or work with you to keep you moving in the right direction. We work with older homeowners, their families/support network and those dealing with the sale of a home after a loved one has moved into care of has passed away.
Estate Agency service
We offer a full estate agency service to a limited number of clients in and around the Southern Home Counties. If you're not in the area you can still benefit from our Future Planning and Moving Manager service. We are breaking the stereotype of estate agents as sales people. The best agents are consultants who truly understand their clients and support their whole moving journey.
That doesn't mean we aren't commited to optimising the marketing of your home and achieving the best price from the best buyer, far from it - that comes as standard, it just means we do it without thinking of your home as a 'deal to be done' or a 'property to list'.

Our service includes deciding how best to present your home, marketing it, conducting viewings and negotiating offers, as well as assisting with the practical aspects of moving home such as support with the legal paperwork and liasing with all stakeholders. We have a network of partners who can help you with everything from financial and legal advice to decluttering and packing on moving day.
Some of our clients are moving out of choice, others have an immediate need that adds its own pressures. If your circumstances mean that you require a more secure sale we have options for that too.
We are the only Estate Agency affiliated with the Society of Later Life Advisers (SOLLA ) and always act with honesty and integrity, adhering to our codes of conduct.
