Building trust in an untrusted industry

Estate Agency doesn't have the best reputation.  Whilst there are many exceptional and diligent agents, we have all heard the horror stories.

Building trust in an untrusted industry whilst also working with potentially vulnerable clients is a responsibility we take seriously.

We are confident that once you work with us you will experience all the ways in which we value your trust and work to gain and maintain it.

However, we fully appreciate that it is our responsibility to demonstrate our commitment to you before you choose to work with us.

Estate Agency is an unregulated industry but that doesn't mean we can't self regulate.  We have taken advice and inspiration from our network of regulated service providers including Independent Financial Advisors from the Society of Later Life Advisors (SOLLA), Solicitors from Solicitors for the Elderly, and The Property Ombudsman to build out our own code of conduct, vulnerability policy and complaints procedure.  Simply click on the buttons below to view them.

As always, if there's anything you think we could do to improve our processes and policies please just let us know.
