Estate Agency is an unregulated industry but that doesn't mean we can't self regulate. We have taken advice and inspiration from our network of regulated service providers including Independent Financial Advisors from the Society of Later Life Advisors (SOLLA), Solicitors from Solicitors for the Elderly, and The Property Ombudsman to build out our own code of conduct, vulnerability policy and complaints procedure.
